Regions once governed by clause and decree now shimmer into abstraction. Juna runs her hand along the glass and finds names reappearing momentarily: *Zone Repeal 3*, *Memory District Null*. The map flickers under a UV lamp, revealing ghost corridors and dispute shadows. Judai notes that none of the borders ever touched—each floated, legal fictions drawn in fear. The map isn’t melted.
