(Location: Lumiere Radio Remnant Tower, Tokyo Fringe)
Description:
The tower was once a radio relay for the Lumiere Cinema Distribution Service. Now it stood derelict, half-twisted into a spiral, broadcast discs warped by solar exposure. At its base, they found a notebook burned at the edges: *Case File: Motion Murder #1.* The pages described a film so fast it killed those who tried to watch it—*not* through violence, but through the deletion of time between frames. “It was the motion itself,” Judai read, “that contained the crime.” Juna scanned the ruins and saw flickers—quick, pale shadows that never cast reflection. She whispered: “They looped an action that no body could bear.” Beneath the main console, the play button was still warm. They didn’t press it. Some stories murder memory instead.

Very Short Story:
They watched the shadows jitter along the rusted stairway—too fast to be echoes, too slow to be light. “Someone tried to project a verdict,” Judai said. “But no one lived to deliver it.” Juna opened her book and the pages blurred, as though flipping ahead without her. “It's jumping through its own sentences,” she said. A sound began—like applause without hands. The tape loop under the tower began to spin, unconnected to power. They stepped away. Behind them, a single frame blinked into the air: a man, still, mid-run, with no face. They didn’t need more. The story had already chosen its next witness.
