Description:
The tomb wasn’t fixed—it arrived, uninvited, on a flatbed train segment that hissed as it braked. Marked with the sigil of Go Die Go, a half-forgotten revolutionary singer, the tomb projected sound in reverse. Juna held her book to her chest. Judai crouched and listened. Through the static, he heard songs that looped into speeches, then into silence. The tomb opened on one side: a shrine, blinking. Above it, a looped film showed Go Die Go performing in front of a crowd that changed every second. “No recording exists,” Juna said. “But the tomb remembers.” The train lurched. The tomb retracted, but not before releasing a puff of glowing ash. They followed it down a hallway that hadn't been there a moment ago.

It had hidden itself in a new platform—somewhere else, in someone else’s past, waiting for their arrival.
